Sensory Night
CMEC partners with UWEC's Department of Special Education and Exclusive Practices to make an inclusive play environment, reducing high sensory elements for the day.
They will provide adaptable supplies, sensory bins, and AAC device picture cards. This event is free and sponsored by the Jamf Nation Global Foundation.
February: The focus will be on sight and interoception, as well as a sensory bottle-making activity.
March: Focus will be on smell and touch.
April: Focus will be on hearing.
