A yoga flow class based on the Primary and intermediate series of Ashtana yoga. Inspired by The Rocket, a yoga sequenced created by the yoga teacher to the Grateful Dead to break away from the rigidity of Ashtanga, to allow yogis to more space to move and have fun.
