Stretch, Rest, and Reset: Hidden Timber Soul Sanctuary Open For Business
and they’ve ‘goat’ new faces on the team!
After months of constructing fences, battling the weather, and sending out a rescue mission to bring a beloved goat home (follow their Facebook for the whole story on that!), Kristina and Tiffany Brett-Buckman, co-owners of Hidden Timber Soul Sanctuary, are eager to open doors. “We had a lot of big projects to start and finish,” she said. “We have done a lot in a very short amount of time.”
Bringing the space together piece by piece, Kristina and her family have opened doors to four incredible yoga instructors, five alpacas, and seven Nigerian Dwarf goats!
Meet instructors Abigail Maxon, Shaylae Szotkowski, Stasha Bittner-Lynett, and Casey Schellhorn in a yoga session designed for beginners to enjoy movement in their studio. Meet goats Rosie, RJ, Josephine, Virginia, Pearl, Matilda, and Talleulah prancing the grounds, eagerly awaiting time to play with you! Yoga with the alpacas – Lacey, Goldilocks, Olivia, Princess Grace, and Black Magic – will be available next spring.
“The goat yoga schedule for now is set for Friday nights (6:30pm), Saturday morning (8am and 10am) and Sunday morning (9am). We are also adding an 11am class on Sunday mornings every other weekend,” Kristina said.
The sanctuary will also be available to host private classes for guests who request, including business and other parties. Currently and for a limited time, folks can sign up for a yoga class and get another one free of charge!
“When our guests end their time with us, we want them to feel rejuvenated, lighter, more at peace, and more grateful for all the good in their life. We also want our guests to know that if they need more long-term guidance in their life, they can reach out to Tiffany for life coaching,” Kristina explained. “Each of us and this business is very much a work in progress.”
The process of growth goes a lot smoother when goats and alpacas dance happily around you!
