FEAST YOUR EYES! Foot Truck Friday returns to Phoenix Park this Friday, May 3.

Got a hankering for some delicious street food? Then get ready for Food Truck Friday at Phoenix Park, slated for this spring and summer right in the vibrant center of downtown Eau Claire.

If you’ve been craving fresh-made gyros, tacos, barbecue, hot dogs, donuts, pierogies, pizza, ice cream, and more of your favorite local street foods, we have good news for you: Volume One’s Food Truck Friday is back for its sixth season, bringing more than a dozen mouthwateringly good food trucks to the south side of Phoenix Park on the first Fridays of the month, beginning May 3.

From 11am-7pm, enjoy foods from as many as 11 different food trucks at a time, offering the perfect chance to take a break from the daily grind, grab some grub, and take in some summer sun. Food trucks slated for this summer include Live Great Food, Dhimiters, iPierogi, Holy Donuts, Davis Dogs, California Tacos, Ohana Pizza, Olson’s Ice Cream, Smokestream, Big Pap BBQ, Ramone’s Ice Cream, and more!

This year’s Food Truck Friday, which is sponsored by Royal Credit Union, will be on May 3, June 7, July 12, Aug. 2, and Sept. 6. So mark your calendars, and remember that it’s totally OK to come down for lunch and dinner on those days. In fact, it’s encouraged!
