For the second time in recent years, Wisconsin Farm Technology Days is making its way to the Chippewa Valley. The state’s largest outdoor agricultural show will be next week – Aug. 13-15 – at Close Farms and the Country Fest grounds outside Cadott.

This year’s theme is “Growing to the Tune of Success,” a nod to the fact the event will be held on the same grounds used by several major music festivals: Country Fest (recently renamed Hoofbeat) and Rock Fest.

The annual event is held at a different host farm every summer, and was last in the region in 2021 when it was hosted by Huntsinger Farmers just south of Eau Claire. Farm Tech Days brings together farmers, ag businesspeople, and people of all kinds each summer.
