V1 Staff |
The Pablo Foundation’s Fall Grant Cycle and Business Directed Giving programs are now accepting applications through Sept. 17.
The quarterly Business Directed Giving grant program awards nonprofit organizations which propose a project or initiative which “fulfills an existing gap or meets a new need concerning health, housing, education, and/or the arts in the greater Eau Claire area.” Nonprofits could be gifted up to $2,000.
In 2024, 20 area organizations benefited from the Business Directed Giving grants, including the Menomonie Theater Guild, Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, and the Putnam Heights Parent Teacher Organization.
The Fall Grant Cycle, also open to nonprofits and charitable organizations, looks to support project- or program-based requests which “meet the Foundation’s mission and commitments to diversity and sustainability” within the greater Eau Claire area. Organizations could receive $10,000 or more.
Last fall’s grant cycle awarded over $300,000 across nine organizations, including Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council, Eau Claire Sober Living, and World Relief Wisconsin.
Applicant requirements for each grant program are listed in full online at pablofoundation.org, as well as related FAQs. Organizations are encouraged to discuss grant proposals prior to submitting an application by reaching out to Grants and Communications Administrator, Zach Schultz-Bates.
