Join certified Qigong Instructor, Sandra for deep breathing in the healing salt air and mindful movement. A gentle warmup, 30-40 min of gentle Qigong standing postures and movement, mindful focus, and deep breathing in the Salt Cave, ending in a restorative meditation.
