Energy Rebalance & Restoration
These classes are chakra/element based, focusing on each chakra to find connection and balance. Your asana practice will be a slow mandala flow ending with shorter restorative postures, releasing into slow stretches. Class will include a guided meditation with aromatherapy and extra hands on assists.
