Join Sara Martin for an informative and experiential session focusing on the healing and deeply restorative qualities of sound. In this session, Sara will be journeying through instruments, frequencies, and the limbs of yoga. You will gain greater understanding for the what and why of sound resonance and the 8-limbs of your yoga practice.
