“Dabble Day” Maker Fest Returns to EC Library
Dabble Day Maker Fest is back (August 22)! For kids of all ages, Dabble Day is a time to let their creative energy flow into a work of art or craft, and this year, they’ll be able to dabble in STEAM as well! For those who don’t know, STEAM stands for Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math, and kids will be able to come and explore different areas of STEAM through hands-on activities and demonstrations. Not only does Dabble Day offer a fantastic opportunity to learn about and create things kids might otherwise not be exposed to, but there will also be a performance by Klezmazel from 3 to 4pm and Greg Gilbertson from 4:30 to 6pm, which everyone is sure to enjoy. Food will be available for purchase by SmokeStream, and the whole event lasts from 3 to 7pm on Thursday, August 22 at the L.E. Philips Memorial Public Library in Eau Claire.
