Wamfest is a 3 day event full of ridiculous adult fun at the Wigwam Tavern. First participants were led on a Tiny Tavern Tour of downtown by the Official Wamfest Beer Ambassador which ended in the Parade of Taverns up to the Wigwam for the Wamfest Opening Ceremonies. Friday was the Miss Wamfest Pageant where they crowned Miss Wamfest 2016. Saturday was a full day starting with the .08 Marathon, then a hot dog eating contest, bean bag tournament, and live music starting at noon. This year featured Dressed to Kill and Irie Sol under the big tent. This event took place Thursday, August 18 through Saturday, August 20 in downtown Eau Claire.
