Eau Claire got into the winter spirit thanks to the annual Clearwater Winter Parade on Friday, Dec. 1, in downtown Eau Claire! This year’s theme, “Festival of Cartoons,” brought on the whimsy and fun with more than 60 community floats truckin’ along down Grand and First avenues. The fireworks show, a community favorite, were followed by games, music, and more.
