Bringing new jewelry with the same tried and true experience

Finding a trustworthy jeweler can be like finding a diamond in the rough – but not when it comes to Lasker Jewelers.
Lasker’s was founded in 1928 by Max Lasker, who had immigrated to the United States from Poland through Ellis Island. After fighting in World War I, Max realized that everyone who was getting married around him needed wedding bands, so he settled in Eau Claire and opened Lasker Jewelers.
Max wanted to create a new category of jewelers by offering credit options to make the bands more affordable. Max’s son, Charles Lasker, took over the business when Max died in 1963.
Lasker’s continued to thrive in downtown Eau Claire before moving to its current location on Oakwood Mall Drive in 1998. Charles passed away in 2016, and Lasker Jewelers is currently owned by his daughters, Nicole Lasker and Liz Lasker Falkner.
Though the business keeps changing, one thing never will: Lasker’s commitment to their customers and their community. Lasker’s is a major donor to numerous non-profits including The EC Children’s Museum, Boys and Girls Clubs, Pablo Center, and many more. They continue to maintain their strong relationships with their customers through hard work and trust.
