When the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library reopens its doors this month after a yearlong $18.5 million renovation, patrons will find a whole lot has changed – inside, outside, above, below, and behind the scenes.
The updated space includes a newly built third floor featuring an open art gallery, rooftop terrace and spaces for workshops and events. The Grand Re-Opening week is slated for Monday, September 26th through Saturday, October 1st 2022.
