Take your summer to new heights – literally – at the ropes course on UW-Eau Claire’s upper campus! The Environmental Adventure Center is opening its Eagle’s View Challenge ropes course to the public on several Saturdays now through September. Think you can hang?

Individuals and families are welcome to reserve a two-hour time slot to try out the course – open to the public this year on June 29, July 13, July 27, Aug. 10, Aug. 24, Sept. 7, and Sept. 21 – strung up 30 feet off the ground. During each session as many as 12 people can get in on the action, which is recommended for folks ages 6 and older. Reservations are made online.

Participants will be taught how to use the course equipment and given helmets and gear upon arrival, and they will want to wear close-toed shoes and comfortable clothing for maximum fun and safety. For university students, faculty, staff, and dependents, the cost is $10/session. Community members pay $20/session.

The Eagle View Challenge Course is located between the Sutherland Residence Hall and the Crest Wellness Building with weekend parking available in the Governors Lot and Bridgman Lot (map available online).
