The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association’s most popular event, the Parade of Homes, celebrated a milestone year this summer: The 50th Parade of Homes was held June 8-15 and featured 15 homes. On top of the half-century marking event, attendees were able to vote across more categories for the People’s Choice.

This year’s roundup of featured homes included new and remodeled builds plus a couple of homes only available to check out virtually. Now, virtual tours are up on online for all the homes, including this year’s People’s Choice winners.

Sandvig Construction of Eau Claire was awarded three of the six People’s Choice Awards: Best Overall Remodel (House #A, Eleva), Best Kitchen (House #A, Eleva), and Best Use of Space (House #A,, Eleva).

Best Overall New Home and Best Landscaping/Outdoor Living Space went to Steen Construction of Osseo Inc. (House #11, Eleva). Best Primary Suite was awarded to JW Custom Homes (House #10, Eleva).
