The Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra (CVSO) will return to the Pablo Center (128 Graham Ave., Eau Claire) on Saturday, Dec. 13 for its holiday concert, “The Magic of Christmas.”
In what will be one of Maestro Nobuyoshi Yasuda’s final performances as conductor of CVSO, the seasonal show will blend well-known ensemble music with classic holiday tunes including “White Christmas” and Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker.”
Attendees can expect a family-friendly environment and a Christmas sing-along will encourage the audience to actively participate in the afternoon show.
Before the concert begins at 2pm, the lobby will also be filled with festive music provided by an ensemble from the Cello Connection.
A new feature at the Pablo Center will also be able for CVSO show attendees; the “Luxury Box Experience” offers patrons a more private, elevated way to enjoy performances, and is designed for groups of up to eight. The exclusive seating option can be reserved at cvsymphony.org/shop or by phone at (715) 832-6366.

Tickets to “The Magic of Christmas” show, slated for 2pm on Saturday, Dec. 13, cost roughly $35-65 for adults / about $17 for youth (ages 17 and under) and can be purchased through the Pablo Center’s box office online or by phone (715) 832-2787.
