They stopped wishin’ and went fishin’! The Altoona Lions Ice Fishing Classic kicked off Saturday, Feb. 19, at Lake Altoona County Beach. This was a 24-hour ice fishing classic with over $5,000 in prizes. Prizes went to the top three fish in five categories: walleye, northern, bluegill, perch, and crappie.
