The U.S. National Kubb Championship returned to the Eau Claire Soccer Park for its 17th year from July 11-13, hosting the most teams in its history: 144! Across those teams were numerous Eau Clairian and Midwestern folks plus visitors from overseas, including Belgium, Sweden, and other nations. The tournament is the biggest kubb event in the country – and home to the U.S. Junior Kubb Championship – and Eau Claire is proud to be its Kubb Capital. Shoutout to this year’s winners:
- 2024 National Champions: Chaska Super Funky Badasses (Chaska, Minnesota + Amery, Wisconsin)
- Silver: Chaska Blue Block Bashers (Chaska, Bloomington, St. Louis Park, Minnesta)
- Bronze: Kubboom Jr. (2023 National Champions | Eau Claire, Wisconsin)
- Fourth place: Ragnarök (Oregon, Stoughton, Wisconsin)
- Junior National Champions: The Heat
