Chippewa Valley Symphony launches 50th season on Sept. 21, welcomes Young Artist Competition winner Harold Fang

Diving into its 50th year, the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra (CVSO) welcomed attendees to its Saturday, Sept. 21 performances of "Passport to Music: A Symphonic World Tour," bringing sounds from not only the U.S. but Mexico, Argentina, Africa, and South Korea to the Pablo Center. At its 2pm show, 2024 CVSO Young Artist Competition winner Harold Fang soloed with the orchestra on the first movement of Grieg's Piano Concerto.
