Get ready to raise your glass — and snag your favorite artists’ guitar pick — at Wisconsin’s newest craft beer and live music experience. Picks & Pours Festival will host its inaugural lineup on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026 at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds (225 Edward St., Chippewa Falls, WI).

“The event is designed to highlight Wisconsin’s craft culture and live entertainment while boosting regional tourism and supporting local non-profits,” a recent media release shared. “The festival aims to become a summer tradition in the Chippewa Valley.”

Attendees can look forward to a daytime craft beer fair from 12pm-4pm, where they can sample brews from regional breweries, play popular lawn games, and cast their vote for the “Best Pour” contest.

As the sun begins to set, the festival will pivot to the fairgrounds' main stage, where both regional and national musical acts will offer a “night of electrifying country music” — including Shenandoah, Pat McCurdy and Crimson Theory.

Shenandoah — an American country music band founded in the early 1980s — remains a musical ensemble known for their “rich harmonies and heartfelt storytelling,” the release added. The award-winning group will be sure to deliver its timeless classics at the fairgrounds; “Two Dozen Roses,” “I Want to Be Loved Like That,” and more.

Crimson Theory, a local six-person ensemble based in Eleva, will offer both a blend of old-school classic country and rock in their Picks & Pours bill.

Tickets will be available on Oct. 1 starting at 9am online at picksandpours.com. Pricing tiers include “Concert Only” for $50, “Beer Fair + Concert Combo” for $65 and a “VIP Experience” for $100, which includes early access, buffet dining and premium seats to the live music.

Presented by 95.7 St Croix Country and 105.7 WCFW, Picks & Pours will provide both a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all attendees, rain or shine, at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds.
