Hobbs Observatory

Hobbs Observatory consists of two domes with computer-operated telescopes, a large lecture room and a resource room. It features a digital camera that allows images from the telescopes to be stored on computer disks or transmitted to a video projector in the classroom. Available for private groups such as educational (k-12), college, scouts, church, family, etc.

Call Mon-Thurs between 8am and 2pm. Lecture series and telescopes take place on the third Saturday of every month at 8:00 pm with the exception of December.
