Nothing says “party” quite like a balloon. So how about a dozen? A hundred?

For Eau Claire’s Lindsey Mueller – owner of Balloons by Lindsey – high-quality balloon displays aim to reflect the amusement and charm of birthdays, weddings, graduation parties, retirement parties, and other fun-filled festivities. 

“Every balloon installation takes a lot of preparation,” Mueller said. “I have had many people assume that I just run to the store, grab some balloons, and start making the garlands. It takes a lot more work than that.” 

Balloons by Lindsey offers clients unique balloon walls, garlands, arches, centerpieces, and more. 

During one-on-one consultations, clients are encouraged to think big. Customizable options include specialty balloons, foil balloons, a vast selection of color combinations, mosaic letters and numbers, props, stands, and more. Mueller sources her balloons from distributers across the U.S. to ensure quality. Similarly, she fills the balloons with an electric air pump. Depending on the size of the installation, Mueller alone installs the pieces the day before the event.

Mueller became inspired to start her own poppin’ business by her family, which is filled with female business owners. She pursued a college degree in the arts, which enables her to lend her artistic eye to each installation. 

“Balloons are so versatile,” she said. “It doesn’t matter what type of event it is, they always elevate the ambiance.”
