The time has come to put the finishing touches on all of our 2021 scrapbooks, and these are the pages that will receive the most glitter and Cricut decorations. First are the tipping and wage policies adopted by several local restaurants, which sought to pay their staff people livable wages by adjusting menu prices so that tipping is no longer necessary.
