Earlier this spring, downtown Eau Claire welcomed a new coffee shop – and it's not your typical caffeination station, as its alludes to. Not Justa Coffee Shop calls Banbury Place home, and is a multi-faceted business as well.
Opened and operated by the L.E. Phillips Career Development Center, the coffee shop serves a variety of drinks including espresso and non-coffee options: latte, mocha, cold brew, and drip coffee is available alongside tea, chai, hot chocolate, kombucha, and Italian refreshers. Its coffee grounds are supplied by a Banbury Place neighbor: Jonnie's Bakery (which coincides with Elder Valley Farm & Kitchen).

The shop is also regularly stocked with muffins – rotating flavors highlighted on "Muffin Monday" and surprise specialty treats available on "Wild Wednesdays" – among other snack options. Also available in refrigerators is Big Donkey Pizza and Moke's Pizza, other business operations ran by the L.E. Phillips Development Center.
The organization supports folks with disabilities by offering a variety of services, including career and daily life skills training, job opportunities, and much more.
Open Monday-Friday from 7:30am-1pm, Not Justa Coffee Shop is available for your morning and early afternoon jolt of java. There are a couple of tables inside Not Justa Coffee Shop to stay and sip awhile. Located just within building 13's signature green awning, the shop also makes for a swift grab-and-go option.
