Cowboy Jack’s (1432 Front Porch Pl., Altoona) a night filled with fun and food, topping off the night at 12am. Toppers Pizza (multiple Chippewa Valley locations) slices things up with delicious pizzas, sides, desserts, and wings for those looking to keep the night going until as late as 1am. It’s hard to beat the burgers or fish fry at Girolamo’s Court’n House Bar & Grill (113 W. Grand Ave., Eau Claire), where it’s easy to find a game turned on to celebrate with friends until midnight on Thursdays through Saturdays. — Cullen Ryan
