In first place, Live Great Food (food truck) takes the lead with an exclusive gluten-free fryer. Their locally sourced and delicious eats are sure to win the hearts of many. While Silly Serrano Mexican Restaurant (329 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire) doesn’t have an entirely gluten-free menu, they do offer some notably gluten-free options, including their delicious tacos. Check out the online menu for gluten-free choices, or ask your server – as all of their staff are well-versed in gluten allergies! Similarly, while Cowboy Jack’s (1432 Front Porch Pl., Altoona) doesn’t have a dedicated gluten-free menu at this point, they have gluten-free offerings including cauliflower crust for flatbreads and pizzas, and of course, a GF bun for their burgers.
