Reigning for the second year in a row, Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse (4751 Owen Ayres Court, Eau Claire) can’t be beaten with their elegant dining space, delectable menu, and specialty drinks.With some of the best servers and most unique, wood-lined atmosphere around, pinched with a bit of Irish luck, Houligan’s Steak & Seafood Pub (415 S. Barstow St., Eau Claire) takes second place.
