Prenatal Yoga

A welcoming yoga series designed just for expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy. Each class offers mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help ease common pregnancy discomforts, prepare your body for labor and delivery, and create a deeper connection with your baby. No previous yoga experience needed - just come as you are and enjoy this special time.
