Karaoke might be Japanese for "empty orchestra", but a good karaoke night is anything but empty. Our readers have given the distinction for Best Karaoke night to the Five O’Clock Club (2240 Fenwick Ave., Eau Claire), which hosts karaoke every night but Tuesday & Thursday. Coming in second is Scooter’s (411 Galloway St., Eau Claire), which hosts karaoke nights on Thursdays & Sundays. Ranking in third is Heartbreakers (1705 County Hwy OO, Chippewa Falls), a neighborhood bar & grill with events all week long and karaoke & bingo Wednesdays and Karaoke on Fridays. — James Johonnott
